How BEST Canada Qualified for Great Place to Work® Certification™
Unlike awards based primarily on business performance, Great Place to Work® Certification™ recognizes organizations that meet established standards for workplace culture and employee experience. In Canada, eligible companies undergo an assessment that includes the Trust Index™ Employee Survey and a Culture Brief™ questionnaire.
The Trust Index Survey measures employee experiences across five areas: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. It gathers feedback on leadership, workplace relationships, and employees' overall experience with the organization.
To qualify, companies must achieve at least 65% positive responses on the survey and complete the Culture Brief, which provides additional information about the organization.
