Our BAC-PCM Aluminum Precast Vault Drainage Floor Door has several innovative features that can help you if you want to reduce the time and cost for the labor required in casting a door into a concrete vault, including its aluminum material and peel-off covering that protects the door finish during the pouring process. It has a 6"" high frame with no vertical projections below the frame to simplify installation on a standard concrete vault form. Its door has a 1/4"" aluminum 6061-T6 diamond pattern plate to withstand a live load of 300 pounds per square foot. Its frame has a 1/4"" extruded aluminum 6063-T5 channel shaped to provide a drainage gutter and an overall depth of 6"" for the concrete slab thickness. It also comes with a heavy steel automatic hold open arm that includes a red vinyl grip for handy release. Moreover, this BAC-PCM has a Type 316 stainless steel snap lock with a removable handle.
