The Role

As a qualified Customer Service representative your primary goal will be to make our client experience as efficient and gratifying as possible, through collaboration, attention to detail and professional accountability. You will facilitate key processes before, during and after the sale, including order entry, problem resolution, and account management. As a direct link between our company and the consumer, you will be trained to handle our products and services with a great degree of competence.

Who You Are:

  • You are enrolled in full time studies at a college or university and are returning to school in September of 2019
  • You are proactive, well-spoken, and work well under pressure
  • You have strong writing, oral, math, and interpersonal skills
  • You have the patience and tolerance for working in a fast-paced environment
  • You are well organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • You have a natural ability to build and maintain working relationships
  • You have a willingness to learn and adapt to changes in demand
  • You have the ability to work successfully within tight deadlines and deliver on time
  • You can solve multi-layered and complex problems with little or no direction

What you will achieve:

  • You will answer incoming phone calls and ensure customer requirements are met
  • You will respond to customer inquiries and answer questions accordingly
  • You will input information into various computer systems both quickly (fast WPM) and accurately
  • You will create quotes in Excel, email the quotes to the customer, and follow up via email and phone
  • You will assist customers in the selection of appropriate door models matching their application
  • You will describe and clarify the many custom options that are available
  • You will track information on current orders and provide details regarding their status
  • You will process quoted orders, expedite shipping costs, provide credit card receipts
