This BAC-RL2-ETB Ladder Access Thermally Broken Roof Hatch Safety Railing System is weather and corrosion-resistant with its 1 ¼” schedule 40 pipes in 6061 T6 aluminum alloy rails, and aluminum post supports. This safety railing system is energy-efficient and helps reduce heat transfer to ensure that it won’t be hot to touch even under the hottest days. It also features a self-closing gate, corner brackets, and stainless steel pin hinges.
The standard frame opening of this product is 3’-0” x 3’-0”. When installed, the top of the rail is set 42” above the roof surface or deck. For high-visibility, it features a standard safety yellow powder coat paint finish.
