Weatherproofed Construction: BAC-NB-90 has EPDM rubber gaskets permanently adhered to its cover, providing a tight seal while leaving the elements out of your spaces. BAC-NB-90's construction leaves it highly resistant to corrosion from elemental exposure.
Structural Reinforcement: BAC-NB-90 provides live-load support of up to 40 pounds per square foot of load-bearing support to your rooftops.
Optimized Energy Efficiency: BAC-NB-90 has 1" thick fiberboard insulation within its curb, reinforced by 1" thick fiberglass within its cover for enhanced thermal resistance and excellent insulation.

- Gasket: Extruded EPDM rubber gasket permanently adhered to cover

- Latch: Slam latch with exterior and interior turn handles and padlock hasps
