30" x 30" Steel Standard Non-Drainage Floor Door Type BAC-Q
Suppose you ever need a reliable floor access door for either the interior or the exterior parts of the building. In that case, the BAC-Q Steel Standard Non-Drainage Floor Door is perfect for these situations.
The material of the BAC-Q cover and frame is ¼" steel construction. You also have the choice of Type 304 or Type 316 stainless steel construction. The door frame is a steel angle with strap anchors welded all around the perimeter while the cover is a diamond-pattern tread plate reinforced for 150 psf live load. You can also lift the cover without any difficulty because the hinges are cast steel cam-action concealed from the door exterior.
To ensure that the access door's security isn't compromised, the latch is a type 316 stainless steel slam lock with a secured interior handle and a removable exterior lift/turn handle. Available in an alkyd base red oxide primer finish.
We offer BAC-Q in several standard single leaf sizes and special sizes to meet unique access requirements. Purchase this product for your interior use or exterior applications where water or liquid infiltration into the access opening is not a concern.
