If your construction project involves highly corrosive environments or heavy foot traffic, our BAC-JD-H20 Steel H20 Loading Double Leaf Drainage Floor Door will be ideal for installation.
The material of the cover and frame are 1/4" steel. You can also get it with a type 304 or 316 stainless steel construction. The cover is a diamond-pattern tread plate reinforced for H-20 wheel loading ideal for installation in off-street locations without high density, fast-moving traffic. Structural calculations are available upon request. The frame is a formed channel frame with a full anchor angle welded around the perimeter. A 1-1/2" (38mm) drain coupling welded under the frame for a pipe connection to a dry well or disposal system also completes this door assembly.
The latch is a type 316 stainless steel slam lock with a fixed interior handle and a removable exterior turn/lift handle. The latch release is fully-protected by a gasketed, flush, removable screw plug
It also comes with an automatic hold-open arm with a grip handle release and heavy forged brass hinges with ⅜" type 316 stainless steel hinge pins. Purchase this BAC-JD-H20 in an alkyd base red oxide primer finish today.
