It has a 1-1/4" beveled frame made of sturdy 20-gauge cold-rolled steel, with mitered and welded corners. The frame sticks out just 1/4" from the door and has self-attaching fasteners, making installation a breeze.
The frame accommodates 3/16" to 1/4" thick glasses (sold separately) and carries UL certification. When installed with the right fire-rated glass, it provides up to 3 hours of fire resistance. This makes it ideal for Canadian commercial spaces where building codes must be met without compromising appearance.
